31 ANAVETS cadet Medals of Merit given out annually across Canada and ANAF Unit 365 Cadet Liaison Officer, Mary-Florence Bartley was honoured to present  these 4 young men with theirs on Friday July 28, 2023 at Blackdown Cadet Training Centre, Canadian Forces Base Borden.
